Description

A rustic antique pine dome top trunk. The dome top trunk has iron straps to the corners, brass studs to the edges, and iron drop handles to either side. The hinged dome top lid opens to reveal an original papered interior with the makers details to the centre. Made by ‘G. Drinkwater’ of ‘Stroud Travelling Trunks’.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good rustic antique condition throughout with various signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, and staining to the top, front, and sides (pictured). The dome top trunk remains structurally solid and sound. The catch to the front is no longer present.
