Hand of Glory has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
In very good condition overall, there is some wear to the decoration, predominately to gilded stalks/strands, some overall craquelure with some larger multiple strands of craquelure, the reverse with marks and scratches commensurate with age. The base with odd chips, the felt platform with additional black paint.
