The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1960s.
The watch has a 17-jewel AS1475 hand-winding movement which is working nicely. This calibre was in production from 1954 until 1970.
The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the crowns and the lugs. The main body of the case is gold plated while the case back is stainless steel. The odd minor mark but overall the condition is good.

The lens is in good condition.
The dial is in its original finish with original hands, seconds sweep and alarm hand. The alarm is set by way of the top crown, and sounds a little like a cricket, hence the name cricket alarm watch. There is light marking to the dial but nothing too serious.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
