Rare 15th Century medieval oak pew. The pew ends with carved ''poppy heads'' ( the name poppy head being derived from the French word ''poupee'' meaning puppet or figurehead). Superb original colour and patination. The pew has been reduced in width and height, probably in the 19th Century.
