The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, signed Omega, which is working nicely.
There is some scratching to this inner cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is white metal, possibly a low purity silver. The inside of the case back has the Omega logo. The front of the case is in good condition, just very small marks where the case meets the lens. The back of the watch has unevenness.
The acrylic lens is in good condition.
The dial is in lovely condition.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
