Unusual 'Oxford Movement' Oak Mirror

Description

This unusual 'OXFORD MOVEMENT' OAK MIRROR, of segmented design, dates from circa 1880.

The MIRROR FRAME has chamfered detail which provides a pleasing contrast to the MIRROR panels.

It displays very well and catches and reflects the light, especially with the bevelled glass.

The MIRROR is in good condition. Some of the silvering is worn on two of the mirror panels.
