Elkington Silver Plated Lion Ice Bucket Champagne Cooler.

Description

This vintage silver plated wine or Champagne cooler which dates from the mid 20th century is by renowned silversmith Elkington & Co.

This large wine bucket features 2 lion heads with rings as side handles, a stepped base and a stylish design to the body.

A quality piece of barware that will look wonderful on your dinner table and ideal for a home bar, restaurant or hotel.

Material: Silver plate.

Date: Mid 20th century.

Maker: Elkington & Co.

Marked: Elkington. Plate.

Dimensions: 21 cm (8 1/4") Diameter. 23 cm (9") Diameter including side handles. 22.5 cm (9") Height.

Weight: 1116 g.

Condition: Excellent used vintage condition with only very light signs of use in keeping with age. Silver plate in very good condition. The inside is very clean with just a few marks to the bottom. Please see pictures.

Please note that only the wine cooler is included and any other items in the pictures are for scale only.
