A late Edwardian early George V pair of silver place card or menu holders with good clear hallmarks for Chester 1911 and maker’s mark for SAMPSON MORDAN & Co. a good weighty gauge of silver, the holders are formed of three plain but elegant spheres. The place card or menu would be tucked between the two upright spheres. In excellent condition, solid and clean, by a renowned maker.
