This ANTIQUE BLUE & WHITE TRANSFER PRINTED TUREEN & COVER bears the printed mark COPELAND & GARRETT LATE SPODE FELSPAR PORCELAIN, both to the inside of the lid and the base of the tureen.
It dates from circa 1840.
The colour is a rich blue and both the cover and inside of the tureen are patterned.
The condition is good. There is no restoration.
