Small Antique Georgian Mahogany Chest of Drawers

Description

A fantastic original antique Georgian chest of drawers of nice small proportions in mahogany. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1790-1810 period.

It is of extremely high quality, very well built and heavy for its size. This is solid mahogany throughout, with beautiful brass handles and wide bracket feet. It’s is a useful size, with plenty of storage space. The mahogany has a acquired a gorgeous rich patina over the years, with various small marks and indentations here and there, commensurate for age.

We have recently had this revived & polished, it’s in very good overall condition.

Depth – 19 inches , 49 cm

Height – 31 inches , 79 cm
