Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
He stands looking, wearing his mitre and full long robes. He holds a bible in his right hand, whilst he lifts his left hand. Very well carved, with excellent detail to his mitre, wavy hair and face.
In very good condition, excellent patination.
Date circa 1770.
