A Hepplewhite Period Mahogany Pembroke Table

Description

A fine Hepplewhite period mahogany oval Pembroke table. On turned and fluted legs with carved foliate decoration and original brass castors. The frieze is inlaid with boxwood and ebony stringing and the oval is of beautifully selected mahogany and is banded in partridge wood. In very good and original condition and retaining a good colour and patina. 720mm high, 770mm wide, 550mm deep and 1070mm deep with the flaps up. English. Circa 1790.
