Description

A Victorian mahogany cotton reel and pin cushion stand, having a three tier graduated stand, that has two levels with nine vertical pins to receive the cotton reels. The top, with a central circular pin cushion, can be removed from the central spindle to allow the removal of the next tier, to gain access to the reels. All the circular sections have attractive moulded turnings and the whole is raised on three mahogany ball feet. It has a good rich colour and patination throughout.
