A Single Original Antique Georgian Hall Chair.

A lovely addition to any period hallway.

We bring to you this excellent condition Georgian solid Ash dining/hall chair made around C1800.

This chair has a shaped top rail, shaped ladder back and turned legs with double stretchers. The chair also features a handmade Rush seat which is very comfortable to sit on. The rush seat has been replaced within the last 10-20 years by a skilled craftsman exactly as it would have been made when the chair was new. The chair has lovely wear to the top rail and front stretchers. This charming chair is in a lovely condition which we have just enhanced by carefully waxing this item to preserve and give a natural sheen.

Please note; This chair is in a lovely condition for its age as shown by the photographs, however being an antique of this age there may be minor blemishes here and there which we feel adds to its charm and character.
