This chair is handmade by a skilled artisan likely from freshly cut Ash trees and natural resources found in forestry using only basic hand tools and primitive methods.

This very rare chair features a primitively made natural rope woven seat and lovely deep wear to the underside turned rail. The chair also features a shaped top rail, shaped ladder back and turned legs with stretchers.

This charming chair is in a lovely original condition which we have just enhanced by carefully waxing this item to preserve and give a natural sheen.
Please note; This chair is in a lovely condition for its age as shown by the photographs, however being a handmade antique of this age there many blemishes and imperfections which adds to its charm and character.
