Description

A fabulous rare pair of antique teardrop-shaped earrings, each covered with hundreds of tiny seed pearls all tied on by hand. Seven larger pearls dangle below each teardrop, gleaming beautifully. The earrings are likely Indian and dating from c.1920s.

Marked ROLLED GOLD, the hooks fix securely into tiny metal loops at the back.

In excellent antique condition.

Size: 1.9cm x 3.8cm, 4.8cm (just under two inches) total drop from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the pearls.
