A Rare William and Mary Cedar Chest

Description

A rare William and Mary cedar chest. Of small proportions, the chest stands on turned bun feet and has two short and two long drawers with oak linings and brass handles (18th century replacements) The top has a molded edge and the whole piece has a lovely honey colour and waxed patina. 850mm high, 880mm wide and 53mm deep. English. Circa 1715.
