An absolutely stunning antique French tilt top side table in Kingwood, dating from around 1850-1860’s period.

It is beautifully made and is of amazing quality. The design is gorgeous, and very practical with a locking tilt top. The top is beautifully inlaid with a geometric design, it has a serpentine shaped edge and wonderful cross banding. The base is also beautifully designed and also has beautiful Kingwood veneers.

There are high quality gilt bronze mounts around the top edge and all over the base.

We have had this re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent for its age. There is a lovely colour tone, stunning grain patterns and a fantastic overall patina.
