Lincoln Restorations has dated this piece to the 1880s.
A very rare antiquity.
From our research, we have found out that Alex Boyd & Sons set up business in 105 New Bond street, London in November 1877.

The simple but elegant piece features a removable lid with a shaped edge and 2 original Boyd oil burners. The oil burners are in fantastic condition still being able to be unscrewed and probably even used. The one burner is complete with an old wick and the other still has its extinguishing cap. The warmer is complete and has all 6 of its original ebony turned feet to the underside with the makers brass plaque. This warmer looks amazing with its beautiful highly polished copper finish perfect for any period home or even as a stand out piece in a contemporary theme. We have restored this item by highly polishing the copper and brass and added jade oil to resist tarnishing.

Please note this item is in very good condition for its age but will have the odd blemish here and there, as expected with an item of this age. However, we feel that these points are which adds to the charm of the item with it being an antique.
