Mid C19th Anglo-Indian heavily-carved rosewood circular pedestal table.

The circular carved-edge figured top with a carved frieze beneath, raised on a carved column support onto a tri-form concave-sided carved base with rounded corners and paterae details ,onto carved bun feet .

Skilfully carved throughout with crisp stylised flower-head , rosette and vine detail. The spreading base offering a good stable design which would work well as a decorative and exotic lamp table .

Rich colour and patina, has been cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
