Large Victorian Ink Pot Holder

Description

Circa 1890 A highly decorative brass ink stand with superb details throughout and in very good condition. It weighs 1.9kgs and is very much a statement piece.

The stand measures approximately 26cm in diameter and about 18.5cm in height, and it has four little feet under the base, and four brass rings around the pot holder with the old ceramic ink pot inside.

It has been polished but not lacquered.
