This eye-catching Edwardian ring features a central row of five rose-cut diamonds for an approximate total of 0.08ct. The diamonds are flanked by five oval medium to dark-coloured rubies and five medium-blue sapphires, all set out in a grid shape on the head. The shoulders feature exquisite scroll detailing.
The ring’s distinct appearance would certainly make the wearer stand out from the crowd, as this piece seems one of a kind.
The ring is fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of Birmingham for 18ct gold in 1903. At over 100 years old, it is in good overall condition, with light wear commensurate with age.
