A very handsome pair of English wine or champagne coasters or slides, dating to the Victorian era, around 1880.

A lovely shape with a repousse design around the sides and a heavy cast decorative rim. The wood bases are both covered on the underside with green baize to protect your polished dining table.

Excellent condition, with wear to high spots with the copper showing through, mentioned purely for accuracy. 6 1/2" in diameter.
