Description

This is a very heavy etched glass & ormolu dressing table jar.

A beautiful French 19th century dressing table bottle.

The Etching around all sides is lovely the edges are faceted and it has the original stopper.

On the base there is a makers mark of a E & C with a flower in between.

There are one or two bubbles in the glass and stopper.

There is a little bit of discolouration to the inside of the lid, please see the photograph, I have not attempted to clean this off.

There are some very very minor nibbles to the stopper which will have occurred through use.

H 12.5 W 7 cm
