Description

A very attractive 19th century portrait miniature.

Looks to be Russian, based on the costume, the head dress and the fur on the coat.

There is a signature, which I have done my best to photograph, but unfortunately even under a magnifying glass I have been unable to make it out.

The mount around is most likely rose gold.

The back is covered in the original watered silk.

It is in very good condition.

Frame measures W 10.5 cm H 11.5 cm

Miniature W 4.2 cm H 4.3 cm
