Lincoln Restorations has dated this piece to the 1860s.
A high quality solid Mahogany Pembroke table.
We have just cleaned and waxed this lovely table to give a natural shine and enhance the french polished finish.

This table has a very small form yet is versatile from having 2 drop-down leaves managing to comfortably seat 4 people and be used as a dining room, breakfast table, occasional/hall table or even a desk. This table unusually features 2 dovetailed drawers to either side (most only have 1 drawer) and both. The drawers are smoothly operating, have their original turned mahogany knobs and are complete with moulded edges.

The table has 4 finger leaf supports and stands on 4 typical mid victorian turned legs. The table is solid with no loose joints or woodworm and the solid mahogany tops are flat and not twisted.
Please note; Being an antique item of this age there are obviously marks, scratches and dents however, we feel that these points are which adds to its charm and character. We have left it untouched and as it came in from the previous owner apart from just cleaning and waxing this item.
