Description

For sale is a good quality 19th century English Victorian burr walnut kidney shaped desk, the top having a brass gallery and decorative marquetry inlays surrounding a hand dyed leather hide writing surface. Below this there are three drawers each with turned handles. The desk stands on elegant turned and carved legs united by a turned and carved stretcher. The desk is in very good condition for its age.
