Jeff Sims Antiques has dated this piece to the Regency era.
The silver spoon is gilded and has a cut glass ball finial. The bottle would have been for cayenne pepper, a condiment served at the table in the 18th/19th Century. A lovely collector's piece. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no chips or cracks to the glass and no dents or breaks to the spoon. The spoon has a small 'kink' in it and the stopper some tiny fleabites along the vertical edges, all commensurate with age and use.
Hallmarks :- Soft and partially missing. Sterling lion and date letter visible.
Date :- London 1815.
Height :- 13.5 cms.
Base diameter :- 3.4 cms.
