Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The quality is outstanding, this is extremely well built and beautifully designed. It has lovely proportions, and doesn’t jut out too far. There is plenty of storage space, with seven drawers and two lockable cupboards with shelves. This sits on a plinth base, has lovely brass lion head handles and a cross banded top. The drawers have cross banded edges & fine hand cut dovetailed joints.
We have recently had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
