For your consideration is this original Art Deco leather handbag dating from the 1930s. Deco bags such as this one are nowadays are becoming increasingly hard to source. Features a chromed metal frame & dark green leather body with a statement sized geometric shaped chrome kiss clasp. The front of the bag also has a streamlined chromed decorative panel , a truly wonderful example of modernist Deco design of the 30's period. There's a hand / strap to one side as well. The chrome frame and kiss clasp fastener opens & snaps closed easily. The Interior is lined in a matching dark green grosgrain fabric. one inside pocket and coin purse are integral to the frame. In lovely , vintage condition, appears to have been very well cared for .
