Early C20th George I period revival cabriole leg rectangular walnut stool with embroidered tapestry covered seat

Faithful copy of an early C18th walnut stool raised on shapely carved and scrolled cabriole legs , onto trefoil feet . The seat with a corresponding C18th period style floral embroidered tapestry seat cover with velvet trimmed sides .

In excellent original condition with a warm period style colour and patina to the walnut.

Attributed to W.Charles Tozer & Co. of London , who reproduced high quality copies of early C18th walnut furniture during the first quarter of the C20th.
