Description

An extremely pretty silver frame decorated around the edge with Shamrocks.

Good clear marks to the edge Birmingham 1902 makers mark Joseph Walton.

Blue velvet back.

The silver is in very good order and the velvet back is also good but does show some signs of wear commensurate with age.
