Having cast iron engraved concealed wheels which would of originally run on a track in a large country house library. The cast iron sections bearing the Chicago bicycle ladder monogram and also bearing the original brass makers label showing the patent dated December 9th 1890. American circa 1890-1900, in excellent condition, cleaned and waxed
