Description

An outstanding piece of cut crystal has been used to create this stunning and useful Claret jug, hobnail cut graduated from large at the base to smaller cut at the top.

The fittings are all silver plated by one of the best silversmiths, Elkington & Co. with the date letter for 1880, a true Victorian gem.

Superb undamaged condition, towering 11 1/2" tall with a base diameter measuring 4 1/4" and from handle to spout, measures 5 1/2".
