A fine example of an early 19thc Windsor ''high hoop'' back armchair, it is made of ash with an elm seat, fruitwood centre splat and beech legs and stretchers....it has a central wheel splat motif typical of Buckinghamshire chairs and the crook shape underarm supports date this to early 19thc.
