Dutch Mahogany Half Round Tea Table Circa 1780

18th century
Description

Very fine late 18th century Dutch highly figured mahogany and boxwood inlaid half round tea table with turn over top. Tambour shutters to frieze opening to compartments and raised on square mounded and tapered legs with block toes. One rear leg splits and is hinged to support top when open. All in fine original condition with only a couple of minor edge veneer repairs. Great rich colour with fine waxed patina.

Size; 29" high, 33" wide 16.5" deep.
