A Handsome Set of Four Boxed Chester Silver Napkin Rings

1900 - 1920
Description

A handsome set of four boxed silver napkin rings from early in the reign of George V. These napkin rings are rounded in shape, with applied rims, top and bottom. The bodies are engraved with engine turned decoration and each napkin ring has a vacant cartouche. Surviving sets of four are a rare find and they are presented here in a delightful plush and satin lined box. Retailed by the great Mappin & Webb, they are of excellent gauge silver and would make a superb gift idea. Dimensions below.
