Description

Beautifully simple and understated but undoubtedly impressive, this tall sparkling diamond solitaire reeks of old-time glamour and would make the perfect vintage engagement ring.

The brilliant-cut gemstone (5mm, 0.50 carats) appears dazzlingly white on the finger, with a fantastic bright white fire. The open-back cathedral setting lets the light shine through and the stone has a lively sparkle with no obvious inclusions to the naked eye.

Dating from around the 1940s-50s, the ring is in excellent vintage condition.

Marked 18CT PLAT.

Size: O (UK), approx 7.25 (US). The shank is approximately 2mm wide and the top of the diamond sits around 7mm above the finger. Can be resized.

Weight: 2g.
