Antique Victorian Davenport Desk

An unusual antique Victorian mahogany davenport style desk. The davenport has a hinged sloped top with inset leather writing surface. The sloped top opens to reveal a useful storage space below. The davenport desk is raised on two decorative front pedestals with a shaped under-tier shelf to the base. Complete with working lock and key.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including some age-related marks and fading to the mahogany frame (pictured). There are some losses in places to the veneer, but overall, the davenport remains in good condition. The davenport remains structurally solid and sturdy and is clean throughout. Complete with working lock and key.

Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home!

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
