Description

Fine quality late 19th.c. ormolu mounted credenza side cabinet c.1880. Curved open ends with quarter circle shelves and mirror back panels either side of a two door cupboard with mirror panels and fitted inside with two shelves (internal depth 10½") and the original lining fabric. Sparkling birdseye maple veneers across the piece with inlaid stringing, mahogany borders and ebonised mouldings. Pierced brass gallery of repeated arches across the back edge. Extensive and original gilded ormolu mounts and mouldings to the front of the cabinet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
