Pair Engine Turned Heavy Brass Candlesticks

1900 - 1920
Description

Circa 1910-1930 a pair of unusual and heavy brass, engine turned candlesticks in very good condition.

They are 20cm in height, the bases are 8.5cm and they take 2cm in diameter candles and each one weighs approximately 0.5kgs.

The details are sharp and clear, including bands around the sections on the column and around the candle cup and the edges of the bases.

They have been professionally polished but not lacquered.
