Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
Each tool with a ringed dome finial, above the octagonal and waisted facetted handles, finished with a ringed and rounded socle, before the long shanks, running to a pair of tongs, a poker, and arcaded raised edge shovel with a scrolled leaf centre.
All in a very attractive paintation.
