Description

A superb early Georgian period walnut bachelors chest of drawers. Of compact proportions and well constructed in solid walnut and attractive walnut veneers onto a solid oak carcas. With 2 short over 2 long drawers, fitted with charming solid brass handles and with cross banding to the drawer fronts. The top is cross banded and inset with a central oval panel. The sides are inset with diamond shaped panels. All standing on original bracket feet. Sympathetically repolished to a very high standard and now offered for sale in excellent condition, with a great colour and patina.
