A fine pair of mid Victorian silver napkin rings with clear hallmarks for Lion Passant, Queen Victoria’s head, London 1877 and makers mark for Thomas White Each napkin ring bears these marks.
These are plain barrel shaped napkin rings, each with three elevated bands around the rings and with plain vacant shield shape cartouches.
They weigh 80 gr, not insubstantial for napkin rings. They have a lovely solid feel. No damage. Very good condition. One shield has a tiny barely visible bruise. Otherwise they are perfect. Boxed with blue velvet and retailers mark for H Burgess jewellers of South Norwood.
