Regency Mahogany Chest of Drawers with Barley Twist Columns

Description

An unusual Regency mahogany chest of drawers, of bow-front form and with shaped upstand to the back, the four long drawers with brass drop handles and flanked by barley twist column corners, raised on turned supports.

Of small proportions and good colour and with some old restoration. Lacking brass ring shaped backplate to bottom right hand handle and lock plates to two of the drawers.

Height of back 97cm (107cm including the upstaged), 92.5cm wide and 47cm deep at the centre of the bowfront.
