Antique Silver Watch Chain and George III Coin

Description

Antique silver watch chain and George III coin.

The T-bar and clasp are hallmarked for 1897 with a maker’s mark for Robert Pringle of London. Each link has the lion silver mark.

The chain comes with a fob which contains an 1817 George III six pence coin.

The long chain measures 32cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.

The chain and fob together weigh 55g.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
