Description

Very large mid 19th century Chinese bronze bowl / jardinière, c1840. It is well cast, heavy (2.5kg) and beautifully decorated with Birds in flight shown in relief near foliage. It has great colour/patina and has character marks on the main body. it has been well handled over the years and there are areas of rubbing and a few very small holes scattered around the body and base. These are minor and in no way detract from the beauty of this piece. Please refer to the detailed photographs and feel free to contact me if you would like to view the item or have any questions.
