A fine plain Georgian silver snuff box with good hallmarks for the Lion Passant, Birmingham 1807, George III head and makers mark for William Boot.

In excellent undamaged condition, the silver snuff box is curved, for the pocket, has a finely made hinge and is gilt lined in the box and lid. The lid snaps shut perfectly. A lovely plain and simple tactile Georgian silver piece.
