In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the Regency era.

They are both fully hallmarked and although a matching pair they do have different maker's marks. One is marked for London 1816 Paul Storr and the other is marked for London 1817 William Bateman.
They measure approximately 9" (23cm) long. The spoon heads themselves are 3" (8cm) long and 1 3/4" (4.5cm) wide.

They are in excellent condition.There are no major damages and they display beautifully. There are some faint surface marks and a few light scratches and signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
