Early 19th century Dutch hanging candle or spill box,c1800.I think it is made in Copper with embossed decoration depicting Cherubs/Putti amongst foliage, playing etc. It has aged well with great colour/patina and areas of Verdigris, as you would expect from a piece of this age.
